More persistent facets

The current facet should be more persistent. Offhand, I almost always find myself clicking a second time to go back to the current facet after clicking on:

 * My name in the top left from any bug tracking page, to go to $myself/+assignedbugs
 * The product name in the branch details portlet, to go to $product/+branches

Other interaction would be useful to support, that is just off-hand. This linking to the current facet of another object should probably be done automatically.

I was talking about <https://launchpad.net/people/ddaa/+branch/bzr/bzr.ddaa/+portlet-details> which is visible on <https://launchpad.net/people/ddaa/+branch/bzr/bzr.ddaa>.

I guess that use case about the branch details portlet is just bug 6563 in another shape, but I do not think this invalidates this bug, which is about making facets more persistent _in general_.

Alternatively, we could reduce such portlets over time (because their portletness makes them quite unnoticable), in favor of "Nearby" sections like the one that I added to <https://launchpad.net/people/ddaa/+branch/bzr/bzr.ddaa>, which has facet-preserving links to related items.
