I'm having the same problem. If I fetch new email, the Junk folder unread count goes back to zero (even though there was already nothing in it). I'm using version 2.32.1-0ubuntu1~ppa0 on amd64.

Hey Pedro. I am not running Natty yet, but perhaps someone else who is can verify that.

Pedro, I'm not sure if that is a good idea since I am still experiencing it in 2.32.1 under Maverick. It could not be happening for kikl for any number of reasons, such as different runtime environment, mail server configuration, and so on.

I'm using Evolution 2.32.2 with Ubuntu 11.04 and I experience the same or a very similar problem. The sidebar shows that there are unread messages in the junk folder, but if I look at the folder, it is empty. However, if I choose 'Show Deleted Messages' in the View menu, the messages in the junk folder show up. They are not marked as deleted (that is, they are not crossed out). I had the problem already in 10.10. I installed Ubuntu on a different computer, but I have imported my settings from the old one.
