X server crash with nvidia driver installed on 2 screens. and then start qemu or virtualbox

I have a new fresh installed ubuntu 10.10 system, i have enabled the nvidia driver. setted up the dual screen ( xinerama ) and when i start virtualbox or qemu the x server crashes with the following log entry
