Bug Description

Don't you think the menu Accounting>Configuration>Financial Accounting > Taxes Out of the account_accountant module?, because even i will not use in an accounting way OpenERP taxes is necesary....

The mentioned menu is not in account_accountant module.
The access to the menu might have been evoked.

 Yep, I was talking around the "access", obviously account_accountant is
doing anly an evoke. But I think account itself should give access... is
only an opinion regards.
