cannot set msn avatar

In account information. The avatar I choose is not stored. It doesn't gives me an error message or anything.

I discovered that the "avatar_token=[...]" line in the file ~/.mission-control/accounts/accounts.cfg changes with the photo update.

However as noted above the photo just disappears when one leaves the "Personal Information" window.

I did however mange to find an interesting error message that occurs (in the debug window under Empathy.FIleTransfer) with each attempt to add the photo:
