Bug Description

people from some countries cannot access ubuntu one website.(I'm from iran and I cannot access)
I can guess the reason:
ubuntu one (and lounchpad and wiki and...) got its cetificate (SSL) from godaddy recently and godaddy block some countries.

and I have suggestions:
1.(better) get certificate from other providers.
2.make a unsecured website alternative (http not https)

I can access through proxy (from ip of other counties). so I'm sure it is because of location.
