Bug Description

There are 4 opened files in gedit, but appmenu's "Documents" menu contains 8 opened files with wrong hotkeys

steps to reproduce:

1. open several files in separate tabs
2. close some tabs, but appmenu do not updated correctly

There is the same problem in gnome terminal with tabs (see screenshot)

Seems to be a duplicate bug of #659037 .

Try to open nautilus, then browse to different directories and select some files, and check the menus for changes.
