This can't be fixed in LoCo Directory.

It seems that ~ubuntu-pa was invited to join ~locoteams quite a while ago: https://launchpad.net/~locoteams/+members#invited

As far as I understand it somebody in ~ubuntu-pa-communitycouncil should be able to accept the invitation at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-pa/+invitations
