SD does not close issues on github

Binary package hint: sd

1. Created an account on github
2. Install SD
3. Install libnet-github-perl, libpath-class-perl (these are currently suggested, should they be actual dependencies?)
4. Create a repository on github and clone using git and associate github account with SD
5. Creating bugs, commenting but not commiting and pushing to github seems to work well. When closing issues using SD the issue remains open but the summary and body disappear from github issues although one can still see the remaining comments. Querying SD states that the ticket is closed. Pulling to refresh the database again SD thinks that it is closed but on github it is still open.
