Bug Description

Since I upgraded to Maverick, the indicator applet no longer notifies new received emails.
The access to my evolution inbox or write a new message are ok, but I I have a new message it is still written inbox : 0

I can confirm this. Same problem happens to me.
I have upgraded from 10.04.

Thanks for reporting this bug and help to make ubuntu better.
Are you on amd64 or i386?
Does it happen only with evolution or with, for instance, empathy?

(please, this is a duplicate, can you answer on the other bug report?)
