internal error when starting document properties

Bug Description

Updated Desktop-Kubuntu to 10.10 Maverick. am64

Inkscape now stops with internal server error, every time I start the document properties dialog, either from menu or from icon. It impossible to work this way.

I could confirm this behavior with fresh install of ubuntu 10.10 netbook edition on Asus Eee PC 900A

@Donalbain : I found a temporary fix that may work for you. Changing the GTK widget style seems to fix this problem. KDE instructions can be found in bug #658055.
