Keyboard numlock function upside down

Bug Description
I fresh install Kubuntu 10.10 (64bit/locale korean) then systemsetting 'KDE start numlock on' and reboot.
Numlock led no light. But number pad is normal work. Numlock light on is pad no wokring.
Also i update to kde 4.5.2 but the result was same.
I use usb keyboard and mouse.
KDE settings are (Keyboad model Generic | 101 PC / Layout KR)

I have the same problem with Kubuntu 10.10 KDE 4.5.1 (32bit/locale german). I've also heard, a couple of other people have this bug, too.
