Bug Description
I installed 10.10 UNR on my dell mini 9.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the window controls to the right side
(menus routinely cover the window controls)
Also, I cannot figure out how to move the taskbar, or deal with any other gnome panel widgets.
Ideally, I would like to put the taskbar up in the top, just like in 9.10 (where the window controls are now)
