Bug Description

Support multitouch inside the Firefox browser. Map Firefox multitouch events to existing functionality.

In FF touch, a quick swipe appears to be trapped by the OS or FF and converted to "Forward" or "Back". See if possible to prevent this behaviour.

When multiple fingers are down, FF sends both touch events AND mouse events (the first finger down acts the same as a mouse).
