Bug Description

The full book is not visible in 2up autofit with the toolbars active. This may be desired if autohide (UI hiding) is active. If autohide is not enabled the full book should be visible with the toolbars onscreen.

With the toolbar active, reset the autozoom level (but not the current zoom) so the first click of "zoom out" makes the 2up spread autofit inside the toolbar area.

I prefer the toolbars to autohide, so I wrote a greasemonkey script to do this. If autohiding is not enabled, I think the book should definitely adjust to be 100% visible. I attached the greasemonkey script if anyone is interested.

Neat! The part we're missing to make autohide the default is code to abort the autohide if any UI element is activated by the user. We initially had autohide as the default but in user testing it proved to annoying if the toolbars went away while you were using them. I'd also like to have the book autosize within the toolbars.

thats interesting. If its any help, my script uses code from BookReader.js itself that was commented out, and inserts it at the bottom of the header, so its the last bit of js loaded, causing a one-time hiding of the toolbars when the page loads.

And thanks for the new BookReader - it is awesome!
