Bug Description
when using the appmenu, the menubar is still visible: just the lower pixel.
It's noticeable with Ambiance (see the dark line below the window decorations)

This also effects me. This is a problem for users who use themes that have different color panels (menubar style in GTK settings) than their windows (dark panel, light window)
