Bug Description

Rendered in 10pt Regular

On screen the german female name "Sybille" has a kerning-problem on regular: The "y" is too close to the "S".

It may save time to fix bug 626469 at the same time as this bug.

I could reproduce this not only for “Sy” but it seems that there is a more general problem with the hinting of ‘y’.
