Bug Description
While installing Ubuntu while Live Installer of Edgy Knot-3 Desktop CD, select Asia/HongKong as Timezone will bring zh_CN.UTF-8 as the default locale install of zh_HK.UTF-8
The content of /etc/environment SHOULD be:
LANG="zh_HK.UTF-8"
LANGUAGE=
instead of
LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"
LANGUAGE=
