Bug Description

Binary package hint: autofs

I have three ubuntu boxes. One is acting as a file server for some files, for instance I mount /var/cache/apt/archives via autofs on two of my boxes. That allow me to download packages only once.
I upgraded the file server from lucid to maverick without any problem.
Then I upgraded the other boxes. Both of them had the same problem : they failed to upgrade autofs from 5.0.4-3.1ubuntu5.1 to 5.0.5-0ubuntu2.
This failure created a failed install on the first one (I had to finish the upgrade manually afterward) and on the second one the process just hang during at least 20mn before I killed the upgrade process.
I had to complete the upgrade manually by stopping autofs and mounting the /var/cache/apt/archives via nfs directly.

@Cyril, thanks for reporting this. I don't suppose you still have logs showing the failure?
