Bug Description

Write method to get last day of given month. Inspiration by FM DATE_GET_MONTH_LASTDAY and it's numeric operations. This FM is a bit buggy, 'cause doesn't work for December :)

Note 1063114 - Error in date calculation - say's about the problem. You should implement the note / correction .
