not recieving messages on pidgin as msn messenger

I would expect to receive all msn messenger messages that are set to me, however it appears that not all of my messages are reaching me, this occurs on multiple networks, and with different ISP's.

please be more specific about the messages that you are not receiving. What do you mean "multiple networks", are you referring to messages from gateway'd protocols like Yahoo Messenger?

I should say multiple internet connections. From home and at school along with a few internet cafes.

as for messages that I am not receiving, it could be anything.
I'll be in a conversation, then ask a question. I may (or may not) see that the person is typing. 5 minutes later or so after I realize that nothing has been said, I'll ask if they had said something, they they quickly copy and paste their previous answer.

I don't use any other protocols, so I have no idea if this is occurring with yahoo gaim etc.

I hope this helps. (I know its not internet connection based, or a msn problem as kmess and other messenger clients aren't doing this.)
