Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-control-
If you rotate the screen using the radio buttons provided in the panel icon (activated when "show monitors in panel" is ticked in Monitor Preferences), a "Does the display look OK?" dialogue comes up. If you restore the previous configuration or the dialogue times out after 30 seconds, the previous display orientation is restored, but the radio button is not. So, for example, if your display is at "Normal" orientation, you press "Left", you then choose to cancel that in the ensuing dialogue, the "Left" radio button is still pressed when it should revert to the "Normal" one.

Thanks for the report, it has been some time without any response or feedback in this bug report and we are wondering if this is still an issue for you with the latest release of Ubuntu the Natty Narwhal, May you please test with that version and comment back if you're still having or not the issue? Please have a look at http:// www.ubuntu. com/download to know how to install that version. Thanks in advance and sorry for the late response.
