Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
The applications menu, accessed by pressing the ubuntu menu in the top right, allows no way to automatically add them to the launcher. For example, I click the ubuntu logo, select 'office' then have no method to move one of those launchers onto the dock. Forcing the user to open the application before you can pin it requires more steps than seem necessary for what should be considered simple behaviour.
