Binary package hint: gdm
I'm using Xubuntu 10.04.1 and gdm 2.30.2.
Sometime the touchpad pointer is freezed at login and I must use the keyboard. There is no way to make it work. Even after the login it remains locked. It does not move. At this point I must reboot. I use a Compaq Presario C765EL.
