Bug Description

[needs-packaging] TuxGuardian

Please, add to Ubuntu repositories TuxGuardian. It is an application based firewall. It has a unique feature that is not offered by others linux firewalls. I think many new linux users would like to have this functionality, which is actually a standard for windows firewalls. It gives additional security options that other linux firewalls based on iptables don't have.

Features:
Detects unauthorized applications trying to act like a client or a server;
Operates with or without user intervention;
Verifies the applications' integrity so that maliciously modified software won't be able to send or receive data through the network;
Uses a three-layered architecture of independent modules, which eases the task of addings new features and functionality;

License: TuxGuardian is free software distributed under the GNU GPL
Notes: Or alternatively it would be a good idea to develop for Ubuntu similar application with internet access control based on programs, not only on ports. I'm using Ubuntu 10.04.

For someone with the build environment set up already this can't be a difficult fix and would make life a whole lot easier for those people used to Windows based firewalls that do per application blocking,

 I would absolutely love for this to be added. Or at least some application based firewall.

Would also love to see packaging for a package like this, or program guard.
