Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
I wanted to install an application - clicked install, got the new password dialog. Put my password in. Password line dissapeared, dialog stayed. Clicking 'Authenticate' again didn't actually auhenticate. Clicking 'Cancel' didn't actually cancel. Clicking "X", unintuitively enough, authenticated.

thanks for the bug report. is this reproduce able what steps should we take to reproduce this bug?
I would blame this on policykit rather than software center itself.
