Bug Description
When we get an unexpected http error, we ought to show some of the message from the server, in case that helps debug the problem. This would have helped with bug 655369.

I'm sending https:/ /code.edge. launchpad. net/~mbp/ bzr/http- messages/ +merge/ 37931 to pqm now, which fixes it for pycurl. I'm going to leave this open though because we still need it to be hooked up for urllib, and it would be nice to add tests for it.
