This effects the update_code and git_diff hudson jobs by not allowing us to accept both:
1) multi-word param values
2) empty labeled params (ie: update_
In the meantime, I've setup update_code to support option 1, and git_diff to support option 2. When this bug is fixed, we can modify both to support both options.
