Bug Description
OpenTeacher crashed when I opened the open/save-dialog. This because the filename saved from the last time in the settings was too long.
Also does it crash when it needs to open a filename with non-ascii characters. Worth trying would be to save the filename with encoding 'sys.getfilesys

I was thinking to complicated :D. I've just adjusted OpenTeacher to use unicode everywhere: in the code, in the settings, in the fileDialog. And Qt handled the encoding.
Fixed in rev. 79
