Bug Description

While repacakging all erasures, the repackaging progress bar goes awry.

E.g.

$ sudo rpm -Uvh *6.rpm --nodeps
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
Repackaging...
   1:nss-tools ########################################### [ 33%]
   2:nss-sysinit ### 2:nss #Upgrading... ################(104%)
   1:nss ########################################### [ 20%]
