Tutorial crashes without auto-build-road option

Bug Description

When playing the tutorial without the auto-build-road option enabled, it crashes completely after "building" the first road.

Error message:
PANIC: unprotected error in call to Lua API ([string "map:init"]:296: attempt to index local 'i' (a nil value))

Version: bzr5560 on ubuntu-lucid (daily)

I forgot about this option... funny as I remember that I was the one wanting it to be included as I felt the autobuild feature felt strange. Now, I am accustomed to it, I wouldn't want to miss it anymore, so I wish the option would not be in widelands anymore :).

I'll look into this, needs some more lua API, but should be easy to fix.
