Bug Description

When I go to the site and load the repository through terminal, it runs and aborts with following message:

W: GPG error: http://packages.medibuntu.org maverick Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 2EBC26B60C5A2783
W: Failed to fetch http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/maverick/Release

I think the command list should probably be updated with the correct maverick key added.

Same error here with 10.10 (release):

Make sure to run the following commands:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install medibuntu-keyring
sudo apt-get update

This should work now that the repository is up.

Changed in medibuntu:
status: New → Fix Released

Thanks Gavin, the signature error now tested and fixed.
The "W: Failed to fetch http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/maverick/Release" remains but it is not your responsibility.
Thanks for quick reaction.

Gavin, in my case, running "sudo apt-get install medibuntu-keyring" resulted in the following:

"medibuntu-keyring is already the newest version."

However, using Synaptic Package Manager and marking it for re-installation worked.
