Bug Description
NMAF publication still goes through FTPArchiveHandler for one thing:
# Inject static requests for Release files into self.apt_handler
# in a way which works for NoMoreAptFtpArchive without changing
# much of the rest of the code, specially D_writeReleaseF
I think it's about time we fixed D_writeReleaseFiles and moved release_
