Bug Description
Eli Barzilay reports (viewmail-bugs, 2010-10-05)
If you reply to multiple messages using, say `3F', then one gets multiple copies of the same message included (even though the attribution makes it appear as if different messages are being cited).

vm-reply- include- presentation is now obsolete.
Its safer version in VM, obtained by vm-include- text-from- presentation, indeed does not work for multiple messages. This is inherent in the method because it copies the text from the Presentation buffer, which only displays the current message.
When the variable is nil and the headers-only messages are involved, the code was still being invoked. This is now fixed in revision 1167.
