hplip cant handle umlauts when faxing

Binary package hint: hplip

When trying to fax a document named "Kündigung.odt" hp-tray showed me "Fax Job Ready" but no window appeared where number is entered and so on. When renaming it to "Kundigung.odt" it worked fine.
