Bug Description

Binary package hint: trash-cli

Trash-cli doesn't send files to trash. I've tested trashing multiple files and unique one.
restore-trash command doesn't work either.

Since the program can't do what it's suppose to do, I believe this is a good reason for a freeze exception. This is also an outdated version of the program, even though maverick is still under development. Maybe it's because the program doesn't seem to be in debian repositories

unsubscribing ubuntu-release. While it's sad that it doesn't work, we can only review concrete proposals (as in "there's the new source package, the diff is here...")

The proposal would be to update trash-cli to the current version: 0.11.3, which is available at the programs's web site http://code.google.com/p/trash-cli/downloads/list

Until trash-cli is updated in the repositories, we can manually create an up-to-date deb package with the little script presented on the following comment: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/trash-cli/+bug/336410/comments/4
