Hello Dr.Ferdinand,

I have checked the issue as stated.

After Importing "Payment Lines", closing balance gets correctly updated by 'Compute' button.

Here, I have attached screenshots of the behaviour at my end.

Let us know If I am missing out something.

payment order is currently broken - so I can not test

the compute button must be "pressed" at the end of the import action automatically

Scenario (if I recall correctly)
Enter correct "closing balance" (without imported payments)"
enter one bank move
"compute" (or not)
"closing balance" = "Balance"
import payments - ( user error - shouldn't do so)
- as balance does not get updated - next step does not fail
click "Confirm" - this should not work

Hello Ferdinand,

This can prove to be an incomplete functionality if introduced.
The aim of the button-calling-wizard is to add statement lines.
If addition of lines(after button click) Should(as said by you) update closing balance, closing balance should also be updated(this can be asked in future) by addition of lines manually. This can prove to be complex.

Being simple,closing balance better be entered by cashbox verifier.
