Problem with interpretation of Pieforms form parameter in auth/saml config.

Unfortunately, the fix for this created a different bug #670546. I uploaded a patch there that fixes that bug without recreating this bug, but uh, I guess because I'm antsy, I'm uploading it here too. (It should be applied to master.)
