Bug Description

There is no --retry option for euca-upload-bundle, but it it in ec2-upload-bundle. It's very useful in some cases where the connection was interrupted.

The euca2ools commands are built on top of boto and boto, by default, provides a fairly robust retry mechanism for all AWS calls. At the moment, there is no way to disable this in euca2ools so perhaps we should add a "--no-retry" option and document the default behavior?

I personally would add a dummy --retry option and leave it as it is. Makes sense?
