indicates that the source package subterfugue has binary packages that are not
installable at the moment.
Please have a look and make sure it's installable again.

The problem was that it depended on the python2.3, which doesn't exist anymore in ubuntu. It's equivalent is python2.4 or python.
This is my first bug fix so sorry if there are any mistakes I haven't noticed. This is what I have done:
- - edited the debian/control: changed python2.3 to python2.4
- - changed the python version in the postint
- - changed the python2.3 command of the Makefile to python2.4
- - edited the changelog
- - tested it: building, installing and running the package.
- - created the debdiff
