MLT XML export option in the file menu

OpenShot needs to have the capability to export the project information into other formats, such as the MLT XML format and allow the user to export / save that file. This would make OpenShot more interoperable with melt, melted, Kdenlive, etc... Other text-based or XML based formats should also be considered, such as PiTiVi, Cinelerra, Kino, etc...

Thanks for the patch. I have committed the patch to the trunk. I have also improved the GenerateXML() method to use pretty / formatted XML, instead of squashing it all on a single line. This makes the new XML export very nice and human readable.
