I am having the same problem. I had italc up and running in ltsp server-only setup.
But could only access it from one account. So I tried the chroot setup. Still worked but only for the one account I set it up with.
After playing with permissions and this did not work, I uninstalled and reinstallled. Now it is giving me the same errors and Seidos describes.
