unable to start italc

Bug Description

I am unable to run iTalc after installing it from repositories. I installed it to try to help someone in #ubuntu-beginners. I get the following error message: http://imagebin.org/116427

I am having the same problem. I had italc up and running in ltsp server-only setup.
But could only access it from one account. So I tried the chroot setup. Still worked but only for the one account I set it up with.

After playing with permissions and this did not work, I uninstalled and reinstallled. Now it is giving me the same errors and Seidos describes.

Solved on IRC, a logoff/logon is needed after installation for the ica service to be launched as part of the user session.
