Setting a different language when booting the installer does not localize kernel/system messages

This really isn't a problem with ubiquity as it is, possibly, with the installation environment.

I noticed that when I choose a non-English localization (Spanish in this case), ubiquity and all slides are localized and translated (not sure how accurate as my Spanish is pretty rusty) but system and kernel messages are NOT localized during install.

So when you see messages pop up, they are not in the chosen language, and this includes the message at the end that says "Please remove installation media and close the tray (if any) then press ENTER:"

(this is choosing the language at the very beginning BEFORE choosing "Install Ubuntu" from the boot menu on the ISO. I'd understand if I'd set language inside ubiquity, but shouldn't setting the language before the system even boots fully (sitting at the ISO boot menu) also change the localization for system/kernel messages too?
