Specified play.tmp not used during a file upload

Bug Description
I specified play.tmp in my application.conf since I want to override default temp file upload location.
It's true that there was created a directory which contains subdirs uploads and bytecode (in a directory specified in play.tmp in a application.conf) but there is still 1 file created during file uploading in my test case it is:
/tmp/io-
We use Play version 1.0.x.
