Bug Description
Binary package hint: autodocktools
mgltools-
Depends: mgltools-molkit but it is not installable
There must be some fault when building this package. Please rebuild the package with all binary package.

I have tested it with Ubuntu 12.04. It works there.
Because of lacking information on which Ubuntu version the issue occurse that you have reported I close this as fixed.
