Second resume after suspend issue in Lucid on Acer 3810TG

On my Acer 3810TG laptop, suspending working after adding "i8042.reset=1" only once. After second resume - black screen.
I've updated BIOS to v1.28, but it's not helped.

After running
sudo sh -c "sync; echo 1 > /sys/power/pm_trace; pm-suspend"
i found strange record in dmesg output:

I have similar problem on a Aspire 4810T, BIOS V1.35:

Except that a second hash match is reported as well. The first supend works but later suspends fail to resume. Sometimes the screen stays black, sometimes the console is visible for a brief moment before the screen remains black. Sometimes the backlight remains on with black screen.
