Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
When I first log in (Screenshot-6), the Evolution launcher icon looks like an envelope with a clock. Once I click on the icon, it switches to just an envelope (Screenshot-7). It shouldn't switch icons based on whether you've launched it or not.
I could see at least several possible fixes:
1) Fix Evolution desktop file to use the same icon as the window does (or vice versa)
2) Don't change launcher icon even if window's (bamf's) is different
3) I notice that the launcher caches the icon during the session (if I close evolution, the icon does not revert again). Perhaps it could cache it across sessions too, so this bug would only appear the first time a user ever clicks the icon. Still seems a little hacky though.

yeah, I mentionned that already as a side effect if you have custom launchers transitioned from old UNE or gnome-panel/gnome desktop with custom icons.
We set it as a "corner case" then, but yeah, this happens with default with evolution express vs evolution showing that the launcher shouldn't update its icon if already provided.
