Bug Description

Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - Lucid Lynx
Seems to be fixed in Ubuntu 10.10

reproducing the bug:

go to places, choose an ntfs-volume
right-click on a folder and choose "Komprimieren...". (I think it's "compress" or "pack" in English.)
Choose ".zip" and start. You will get an error-message sometimes indicating that there was an IO-error.

".tar.gz"-compression works well.
