MFX Decoder support

Hello,

I'm using an extra decoder in a loc, for extra functionality.
F1..F4 is used on the first decoder, but also on the second decoder.
I would ike an extra option in the locomotive definition window, where I can add an extra decoder-adres for F5..F8
So, pressing F5..F8 on this loc, would activate F1..F4 on a second decoder address.

This way, also the extra 4 functions on an MFX decoder can be used.
(because an MFX decoder does have 1 address for light/riding/F1..F4, and another address for F5..F8
(but those F5..F8 functions are activated by F1..F2 on that second address)

Putting an extra loc in RocRail, and make it run in "multitraction", does not solve this problem,
because when pressing F1, F1 gets activated on decoder 1, and F5 gets activated on decoder 2 at the same time.

Because more and more new Märklin locs are produced with MFX decoders, I believe this extra feature would be
benificial for a lot of users.
