Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

When moving the mouse down the left margin in 10.10 beta UNR (running from LiveCD on SD card), when I come to the blue circle containing a question mark, it pops up a tooltip that says:

[four Unicode characters in boxes that indicate we don't have the right font installed].

Looks like 010403, 010403, 010404, 010430 or something like that - it's pretty tiny.

I had just booted up the UNR SD card, haven't changed any settings, it's all in English so far, except for this. It doesn't even know my timezone yet.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 605577, so it is being marked as such.

This should have been fixed in the latest updates, kindly update you system. [it seems you have the older version of unity too , the launcher icons are still blurry which has been fixed in the recent updates]
